Project Description:
PULLMAN was contracted to perform Local Law 11 façade repairs to the mid-century modern landmark Ford Foundation headquarters designed by the architectural firm Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates. The scope of work included repairs to the granite façade by means of various crack repairs, pinning of the granite stones, and dutchman installation. In addition, the owner sought a moisture-control solution for the structure. New waterproofing was installed at the roof, skylight, house rig track, and at various planters in the 12-story interior atrium garden.
