Project Description:
The historic St. Patrick’s Cathedral had ongoing leakage into the mechanical spaces below their plazas which required leak remediation and repair. Nicholson & Galloway was contracted to perform soil excavation, emolition of the existing plaza, new concrete pitched fill, new Kemper waterproofing, installation of new bluestone avers on pedestals, new concrete sidewalks and curbs as well as restore the existing skylights.
