Project Description:
PULLMAN was first contracted to clean and tuckpoint the brick façade of the iconic Waldorf Astoria Hotel in mid-town Manhattan as part of a first stage repair.  The team was awarded an additional scope which included rebuilding parapets, corners and columns, as well as performing limestone and brick facade repairs. New masonry openings and window enlargements were also provided.  Crews accessed the structure via swing stage scaffolding. PULLMAN set up and installed over 30 rigs at various elevations, then coordinated all the shifting required to access over 140 drops of access.
